Questions
Does subs.ie send the reminder email on this page?
No. The template is wording you paste into your own email. Once the club is set up, reminders go out from subs.ie on the days you choose, and they stop when the member has paid.
Does the calculator include the online fee?
The season total is the prices you type. When the pricing page shows the fee, the calculator uses that same fee for a card payment. Cash you record has no online fee.
Can we still take cash?
Yes. The checklist is about having one list, not about refusing cash. A treasurer can record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque, with no online fee.
What does the club pay?
One fee on each online payment, including VAT and the card fees. The club decides who pays it. The pricing page shows the rate.
