Guide

Collect club subs online.

One link for the whole club. Members pay on their phone, you see who has paid, and email reminders go out on the days you choose.

Each club has a join page. Share the link by email or on the club website, or print the QR code for the clubhouse noticeboard. Families add everyone on the one form, with the price for each age.

There is no app to download. A member needs an email address and a phone or a computer. To come back to a receipt they sign in with a code sent by email, not a password.

How members pay

Members can pay the full amount by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount is shown before they pay, and a receipt arrives by email.

A treasurer can also record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments sit in the same list, and they have no online fee. You can add an early-bird or family code, or a quiet discount for a family who needs one.

Who has paid

The club sees paid, part paid and overdue for every member, with totals for the season. Email reminders go out before and after the due date, on the days you choose, and never more than one every three days. They stop once the member has paid. Set a due date on the season, because reminders count from that date.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the club's own bank account. subs.ie does not hold the club's money. There is one fee on each online payment, including VAT and the card fees. The club chooses whether it covers that fee or the member sees it as its own line.

Memberships, reminders and records are listed on Features. The fee is on Pricing.
