One simple fee.
Free to set up. No monthly fee. 3.5% + 25c per payment, including VAT. That covers the card and bank fees too, with nothing added on top.

What the fee is

Payments to the club in cash or by bank transfer, recorded by your treasurer, have no fee. VAT invoices for the fee are available on request from hello@subs.ie.
Who pays it is up to the club
By default the club covers the fee and members pay the price you set. Or pass it on: members then see the online payment fee as its own line before they pay, and the club receives the full price.
Refunds go back to the member in full from the club's balance. Like the card fees, the subs.ie fee on a refunded payment isn't returned.

The fee on a passed-on payment is worked out so the club receives exactly the price.
