How to collect the subs
The treasurer of a hockey club in Kilkenny does not need a separate book for cash and for card. Both sit on the one membership.
- Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
- Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
- Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
- A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.
Memberships, reminders and records are on Features. The fee is on Pricing. Monthly payments are explained in Instalments for club fees. The hockey guide has the season in more detail. Other sports in Kilkenny are on all sports in Kilkenny. Templates for the treasurer are in the treasurer toolkit.
