In Kildare
Type the prices your club actually charges. A household address in Kildare or in a neighbouring county does not change that price. The form can hold both.
How to collect the subs
In Kildare, send one join link for the rugby club instead of chasing subs at the ground. Who has paid stays in one list.
- Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
- Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
- Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
- A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.
Memberships, reminders and records are on Features. The fee is on Pricing. Monthly payments are explained in Instalments for club fees. The rugby guide has the season in more detail. Other sports in Kildare are on all sports in Kildare. Templates for the treasurer are in the treasurer toolkit.
The season and registration
This page is for rugby union. The season usually runs from September into the spring, with minis and youths alongside the adult teams. Rugby league is a different sport. In Kildare, the club sets those dates.
The usual split is a senior player, youths and minis, a family rate, and a social membership if you want one. You name the types and type the prices.
Registration with the Irish Rugby Football Union stays with the club. subs.ie does not send a return for a club in Kildare. You download the spreadsheet and send it on if you need to.
