Athletics club subs in Wexford.

In Wexford

Coastal clubs and inland clubs use the same kind of join page. A family membership is one price. A parent or guardian joins for a child and can add everyone in the one go.

How to collect the subs

A athletics club in Wexford can collect the season on one link. People pay on a phone. The treasurer sees who has paid.

• Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
• Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
• Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
• A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.

Memberships, reminders and records are on Features. The fee is on Pricing. Monthly payments are explained in Instalments for club fees. The athletics guide has the season in more detail. Other sports in Wexford are on all sports in Wexford. Templates for the treasurer are in the treasurer toolkit.

The season and registration

Many clubs collect once, in the autumn, for a year that covers cross-country, road and summer track. You can also price one of those seasons on its own. In Wexford, the club sets those dates.

Juvenile, senior and family rates are the usual split. A masters group can be its own membership with a minimum age. You type every price.

Registration with Athletics Ireland stays with the club. subs.ie does not send a return for a club in Wexford. You download the spreadsheet and send it on if you need to.
