A family can be one price, with everyone added on the one form. That suits a house with more than one person in the club, in the city or outside it. You can limit how many adults and children that membership includes.

How to collect the subs

The treasurer of a athletics club in Limerick does not need a separate book for cash and for card. Both sit on the one membership.

• Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
• Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
• Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
• A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.

The season and registration

Many clubs collect once, in the autumn, for a year that covers cross-country, road and summer track. You can also price one of those seasons on its own. In Limerick, the club sets those dates.

Juvenile, senior and family rates are the usual split. A masters group can be its own membership with a minimum age. You type every price.

Registration with Athletics Ireland stays with the club. subs.ie does not send a return for a club in Limerick. You download the spreadsheet and send it on if you need to.
