In Dublin
Name the memberships you want, including a social membership if non-players should pay something. Households may live in Dublin or in a neighbouring county. The address is stored on the household, and the price is yours.
How to collect the subs
In Dublin, send one join link for the GAA club instead of chasing subs at the ground. Who has paid stays in one list.
- Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
- Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
- Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
- A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.

The season and registration
Juvenile and adult teams often renew together, before the championship. The club sets the season dates and the due date. subs.ie does not keep a county calendar. In Dublin, the club sets those dates.
A club names its own types, usually juvenile, adult, family and social. Each type has its own price. A family membership is one price, and a parent or guardian can add a child on the one form.
Registration with the county board stays with the club. subs.ie does not send a return for a club in Dublin. You download the spreadsheet and send it on if you need to.
