Basketball club subs in Derry.

In Derry

Some members live in the county and some travel from a neighbouring county. They can all use the one join link. Add a family on the one form, and record a transfer if that is how they paid. Derry is not on the county list on the waitlist or on club setup. Online payments on subs.ie are in euro. Join the waitlist, leave the county blank, and write Derry in the message.

How to collect the subs

In Derry, send one join link for the basketball club instead of chasing subs at the ground. Who has paid stays in one list.

• Share the club's join link by email, or print the QR code for the clubhouse.
• Name the memberships and set the prices. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Record cash, a bank transfer or a cheque. Those payments have no online fee.
• Set a due date. Email reminders go out on the days you choose, never more than one every three days, and they stop once the member has paid.
• A membership can be split into 2 to 10 monthly payments of at least €5, once instalments are switched on for the club.

Memberships, reminders and records are on Features. The fee is on Pricing. Monthly payments are explained in Instalments for club fees. The basketball guide has the season in more detail. Other sports in Derry are on all sports in Derry. Templates for the treasurer are in the treasurer toolkit.

The season and registration

League basketball usually runs from autumn to spring. A summer camp can be its own membership, with its own price. Set the dates to the year you are collecting for. In Derry, the club sets those dates.

An underage player, an adult player and a family rate are the usual split. A social membership can cover non-players. You set the prices.

Registration with Basketball Ireland stays with the club. subs.ie does not send a return for a club in Derry. You download the spreadsheet and send it on if you need to.
